Before joining Transworld Business Advisors, she served in executive roles across home health, mental health, and community-based organizations where she led teams and managed complex operations.

Her transition into business advisory came after being recruited by Hitesh, sparking her curiosity about business brokerage and the opportunity to take on a new challenge. At Transworld, Roquelyn works closely with business owners and buyers, guiding them through the process with a thoughtful, compassionate approach. Her background allows her to understand both the operational and personal sides of business ownership.

Roquelyn is known for her passion, adaptability, and genuine care for the people she serves. She brings a steady, resilient presence to each engagement, and she takes the time to understand her clients’ goals. Outside of her professional work, Roquelyn enjoys singing, drawing, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her family. She lives in Spring Grove with her husband and three children, where they enjoy life in the country. Her greatest priority is raising her children to be responsible, honest, and compassionate individuals, and she brings that same sense of purpose into the work she does every day.
